So now as I look back at the past two and a half months of working out, I think to myself, the past three weeks or so I’ve been stressing my body way more than I should. I realize that I hit the plateau of “stand pat” and I tried to go past it and I’m paying for it now.

So what’s my remedy you ask? Dan’s always got a plan… granted he may not always follow it, but he’s got a plan :) I’m hoping to meet up with my doc on Monday to discuss nutrition and exercise and get on track working out a plan with her rather than going the way of Dan – not recommended after yesterdays episode.
