Day X Update

Well, I was bummed that I only made it to the gym once this week, but lemme tell you, it was a good work out. I’m definitely starting to feel “strong” so to speak, which is good and bad. It definitely makes me realize that I need to be careful not to accidentally punch anyone. Nonetheless, the stats are as follows:

All Weights are listed in pounds
Bench Press: 160
Iso-Lateral Bench Press: 160
Lateral Pulldown: 190
Crunches: 180
Flys: 210
Seated Row: 160

I guess what is funny is that I’m finding that I need to start at lower weights and work my way up to the heavier weights during my routine so that I can really maximize my lifting and building.
