It's a no brainer as I look at my brushed Al++ iMac keyboard that is the thin-ness of a slim CD jewel case.

Well, if you want my opinion...dont get the iPod touch if you want a small computer. Seriously..

i have a 16 gb ipod touch and it is great! I love it! However, it is definitely not a replacement for a computer in any way, even a little computer! Buying it would be a mistake if you want to do something else besides for play around with apps, listen to music, and do small things online. :)

Me thinks that I'm going to wait to pull the trigger on this procurement until they upgrade the processors which should be sometime in the next two months. :)

Then my MacBook may have to come out and play with all the other MacBooks :)

From my Macbook White (it's a little old now...don't tell it I said that though, it's still beautiful to me!)-- I say that you get a Macbook Aluminum. Apple rocks and the aluminum is more durable.

This is an interesting question my friend. If money is no object go for the MacBook in aluminum. I have the older white MacBook and I don't like how the plastic scratches so easily. Plus the glass trackpad with multitouch is pretty neat. I had some issues clicking on the trackpad on the aluminum since it is essentially one big button so you may want to play around with it in the store beforehand.

Also, I am looking at the smaller end. I am trying to decide between the iPod touch and the HP Mini. They're almost the same price for the configuration I'm looking for. Choices, choices!

The MacBook Aluminum looks nifty and has a bunch of cool new features however the MSI Wind is pretty cool as well! Tough one.

So I guess your decision has to take into account if you wanna go for a Mac or a PC, and we both know there are a bunch of articles/funny commercials that point out the pros and cons of each.

Good luck and may the force be with you!

I guess I'm old school. I like the white one. The aluminum looks cool and all, but if I'm going to buy a Mac, I want it to be white.

Interesting. I'll keep that in mind and consideration. I find it funny that the Apple site shows the MacBook White as being newer than the aluminum, but seems to have the same capabilities.

Thoughts?
