So I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the Brian Regan special on Comedy Central tonight, however at the same time I was a little disappointed in the lack of new material. Perhaps it’s the fact that in the past few years I’ve seen him a grand total of four times, or the fact that a good friend down at UVA finishing up his PhD in Atomic, Molecular Optics and I would scour the Internet for Brian Regan clips through YouTube and other outlets (amazingly there are bootleg copies of him at different comedy clubs across the nation too).
So does that mean that his current tour is going to be watered down? Probably not, if anything I’m slapping my forehead for not having to have gone and seen him at the Strathmore in Betheseda this evening.
